Over 50 Episodes and Counting with Hit Your Numbers

Some projects start with a clear goal and evolve into something far bigger than anyone imagined.

In 2025, I began working with The Revenue Enabler to produce their podcast, Hit Your Numbers. The challenge was straightforward: increase traffic and awareness of their sales training whilst educating the sales audience about how to become better sellers. What followed was over 50 episodes—and we're still going strong in 2026.

Hosted by James Bissell, Hit Your Numbers blends interview-based episodes with solo commentary, covering everything from cold calling masterclasses and demo strategies to AI in sales and building championship teams. I also had the privilege of appearing on a few episodes myself, contributing to conversations around marketing and growth.

The podcast has attracted distinguished guests from around the world, matching its truly global audience. From sales leaders at companies like Zoom to expert practitioners sharing real-world tactics, each episode delivers practical advice that listeners can apply immediately.

I handled the production, editing, and helped shape the content. The format flexibility, allowing for both deep-dive interviews and quick tactical solo episodes, meant we could respond to what the audience needed whilst maintaining consistent quality.

The impact has been significant. The podcast has driven greater awareness of The Revenue Enabler's training programmes and built a growing, engaged audience hungry for information about sales excellence. But what made this project truly special was the response - seeing the audience grow, hearing feedback from listeners who've applied the tactics, and watching the podcast become a trusted resource in the sales community.

Over 50 episodes in, Hit Your Numbers has become more than a marketing channel. It's a platform for sharing genuine expertise and helping sales professionals hit their numbers.
